The Home.Cooking team, is made up of folks with strengths in diverse area, including soft skills and language. The diversity provides the platform to think differently and yet collaborate and deliver. Diversity also brings with it a lot of challenges, which I believe this team has learnt to accept, resolve and move ahead.

The expansion into the delivery model, highlights the execution challenge that we take for granted. It was only when we started moving in this direction, things started to uncover itself. I am inspired by the techniques adopted by the team to address each challenge.

It is very motivating to work with this team, primarily because we are focused on value delivery.
