For every customer facing web application, user experience is the key which hold back the customer. It has a direct impact on bounce rate. Its not just the way we have the user interface developed, it also depends on the way we lay out the user experience journey. In last few months, we had a lot of user experience and user interface revamp happened which truly enhanced the user experience in all ways. Though it was a huge brainstorming session on how to enhance the experience, our team was successful in collating a future road map. Working with this team was a great learning curve and experience in my career which i will always cherish. Love to have the same godspeed  and momentum to success.
